In quarry formerly occupied by Standard Concrete Products Inc., Moreno Valley Sand and Gravel Inc., and Industrial Asphalt. Now owned by the Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority. Across Gilman Springs Road from the northeast edge of Mystic Lake in the San Jacinto Valley. The site has not supported suitable nesting substrate since the quarry was closed.
In years of occupancy, there was an operating dairy less than 1 mile away. This dairy closed around 2013-14.
